This one-hour lesson is number fifteen from the book "100 Lessons in Classical Ballet" translated by Oleg Briansky. It is the sixth lesson from the second year of study and is a beginning pointe ballet class containing short barre exercises followed by several center combinations and six pointe exercises. Each exercise is fully demonstrated and performed to the music on the CD. Chapter markers and subtitles are located at the beginning of each exercise creating an easy to follow interactive DVD.
